     Pecan Frosting for German Choc. Cake

Ingredients
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cupcoconu
1 cup chopped nuts
 

Instructions
Combine milk, sugar, egg yokes - cook in small sauce pan over medium heat, string continually. Heat until thick(about 12 minutes)
stir in coconut and pecans, then beat with a mixer until thick enough to spread.
