     Homemade Granola Snack

Ingredients
3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pecan pieces
½ cup sliced almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix above ingredients in a large bowl. Place in large roasting pan.
Melt together 1/3-cup honey and 4 Tbsp. butter. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and pour over oatmeal mixture. Stir well. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every five minutes. After baking, add ½ cup each of coconut, craisins, and raisins.
