1 package Andouille Sausage links, cut up into round slices
2 Chicken breast, sliced, fajita style
1 onion chopped, white or yellow
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
12 shrimp, detailed
1 box of Mostilcholii noodles
Cajun Seasoning
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add little of
salt to the water. (This will help flavor the
noodles).
Once boiling add noodles and cook until desired
tenderness. (I like mine softer, not al dente.
So about 10 minutes ish)
While water and noodles are going. Cut sausage
into round slices. Cut chicken into small
slices or cubes, whichever you prefer.
Saute onion and bell pepper together for a few
minutes then add in the sausage and chicken and
cook until chicken has no pink.
Add some Cajun seasoning while cooking. Just a dash or two here.
Preheat oven to 350. Once noodles are cooked,
drain and put into a casserole dish. You will
want something that is deep. But a 9x13 will work
also. Combine noodles, meat and veggie mixture together
and stir to mix together. Add the Ragu sauce and stir again.
Add Cajun seasoning and keep stirring. I'm normally an eye baller
here. It's to your taste preference. Maybe about a Tbsp give or
take
depending on your spice likeness. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Can
also add a little Mozzarella cheese on top here and melt.
While that is in the oven, melt a tbsp of butter in a pan and cook
shrimp up. Add a pinch of seasoning to shrimp and serve up nice
an hot.

This makes a large batch! But I make a large batch cause the leftovers go just as quick.
