     Frog Eyed Salad

Ingredients
1 box 1 lb DeCecco-Acini diPepe
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup pineapple juice
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 quarts water
3 - 11 oz cans mandarine oranges
 
2 - 20 oz cans pineapple tidbits
1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple
2 - 9 oz ctn Cool Whip
Add mini-marshmallows to taste

Instructions
Combine sugar, flour, 1/2 salt and gradually stir in pineapple juice and eggs. Cook over moderate heat in sauce pan and stir until thickens. Add lemon juice. Cool mixture to room temperature.
Cook the DeCecco as directed on carton. Drain and rinse and cool to room temperature. Add cooled mixture to the noodles and mix lightly. Add Cool Whip and store over night in an air tight container
Add drained remaining ingredients and mix well
