     Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
1 can reduced fat creamy potato soup
1 cup (8 oz) reduced fat sour cream
1 TBSP all purpose flour
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 package frozen hash browns
2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika - to taste
 

Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In a bowl combine soup, sour cream, flour and garlic salt. Stir in potatoes and cheddar cheese.
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Paprika.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until potatoes are nice and tender and dish is bubbly.
