Place ½ jar of nuts in a greased 9x13 pan.
Melt chips and butter. In glass bowl in
microwave for 1-2 min. Stir well to blend. Add
milk. Stir and heat 1 min. Stir in
marshmallows until partially melted. Pour over
nuts in pan. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top of
marshmallow mixture. Lightly press down. Cool
and cut. Store in fridge or they get real
soft.
