     Rhubarb Jam

5 cups chopped rhubarb
3 cups sugar
1 package raspberry or strawberry Kool-Aid (unsweetened)
1 box raspberry or strawberry Jell-O

Boil rhubarb and sugar 15 minutes; add Kool-Aid and Jell-O boil an additional 5 minutes. Put into jars and keep in refrigerator.
