2 Gallons Water
1 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
3 Tbl Garlic
1 Tbl Pepper
1/4 Cup Worcestersire
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large container. Let turkey soak for at least 24 hours.
