     Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
6 chicken breast or other chicken pieces
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
butter
1 cup raw rice
 
Instructions
Mix rice, onion soup, and chicken soup. Pour in lightly buttered casserole dish
Place chicken on top of rice mixture and cover with tin foil
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Remove foil and broil until lightly brown
