     Roasted Carrot Dip

Ingredients
5 carrots
1 tbsp cumin, honey
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp oil
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Place carrots on a baking tray and sprinkle with the rest of the ingredients. Roast in oven at 160c until tender and caramelized, about 30 or so minutes. Puree in a food processor and serve.
