2 packets Hazelnut wafer sticks, crushed
2 tablespoons whiskey
1 tablespoon candied orange or mandarin peel
1/2 can condenced light milk

1 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon - 1 1/2 sugar, mixed together to roll truffles
2 tablespoons ground almonds
3 sponge fingers, crushed (used Savoiardi)

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except the sugar and cinnamon. Make a paste and put it for a few minutes in fridge. Don't make it sticky, if it is sticky add some more crushed sponges. Take out the paste from fridge. Take some of the mixture and with your palms of your hands roll it into a size of a tennis ball. Then roll it in the cinnamon and sugar mixture and put it in a dish, continue this procedure, till you make all the mixture. Put them in fridge to get set. You can serve them straight from fridge, they will still be soft from inside. Enjoy -)
