Start by placing your Rice Chex in a large mixing bowl and set
aside. In a small saucepan, add the butter and the mini Reese’s
Cups. Over low heat, melt the mixture together. You’ll want to
stir very frequently to ensure the mixture doesn’t scorch.
Scorched chocolate does not taste good– believe me.
Once the mixture is adequately melted, carefully pour it over the
Rice Chex. Using a rubber spatula, carefully stir the mixture to
evenly disperse the melted chocolate.
Now, pour the powdered sugar over the cereal mixture, again
using the rubber spatula to carefully mix everything together.
