     Beet Jelly

Ingredients
Wash and cut unpeeled beets
cook until tender and drain
to 3 cups of juice
add one pkg of Creto Crystals
add 3 Tbsp lemon juice
Bring to rolling boil for 1 minute
Add 4 cups sugar and bring back to rolling boil for 6 minutes
 
Instructions
Remove from fire and add 1 pkg Jell-O (rashberry, grape or cherry) and stir until Jell-O is dissolved. Put in jars immediately and seal with wax.
