3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup Hershey's cocoa powder
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 cup half and half or milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
 
Instructions
In a large bowl, add all ingredients, stir until smooth and creamy.
