Whisk 1/3 cup oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, fennel
seeds, 3/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper in a
resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and seal the
bag. Marinate at least 30 min.
Blend basil, chicken seasoning, 1/4 cup lemon
juice, and 1/3 cup oil. This is the dressing.
Grill the chicken on low heat until almost done.
Then paint with the dressing and cook another 5
minutes.
