     Stage 1 Lemon Blueberry Cookies

Ingredients
2 packets 20/20 High protein vanilla shake
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Juice of 1 whole lemon
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2/3 cup blueberries
1 tbsp. stevia (optional)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325F. Lightly spray baking sheet. Mix first five ingredients until combined.
Fold in blueberries until incorporated. Dollop mixture onto baking sheet to yield 10 cookies. Sprinkle stevia onto dough if desired.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through
Yields 10 servings Nutrition information per serving- 95 calories, 5g fat, 4g saturated fat, 67mg sodium, 8g carbohydrate, 2g fiber, 6g protein
Serving Suggestions
Use 2 cookies for a full snack serving if desired
