Cut broccoli into florets, boil or steam until tender - set aside
Mash bleu cheese with cream until fairly smooth - set aside
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Melt butter and olive oil in a large saucepan, add chicken and garlic, sautee for 3-4 minutes. Turn and sautee 4-5 minutes until lighly browned. Add walnuts and cook, stirring constantly, until walnuts are lightly brown.
Transfer chicken to a warm plate. Add broccoli and cheese mixture to the pan and sautee until warm.
Place a chicken breast on a plate, put the broccoli beside it and pour the sauce over both
