Ingredients
1/2 c yellow mustard seeds
3/4 c cider vinegar
1/3 c water
1 1/4 tsp sugar
 

Instructions
Soak mustard seeds in vinegar at room temperature for 2 days. Add water, if needed, to submerge. Puree in processor with sugar and 1 1/2 tsp of salt. Thin with additional water.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 month.
