4 slices bacon, crisp cooked and coarsely crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1.5 tsp dijon style mustard
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add
the pasta and cook according to package
directions, adding the broccoli during the last 4
minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse with cold
water. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl whisk together the oil, vinegar,
green onions, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the
dressing over the pasta. Add the bacon, cheddar,
and parmesan. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready
to serve.
