Slit the chicken breast to stuff. Spread interior
of slit with pesto and then put a slice of
mozzarella. Close chicken breast and then wrap in
prosciutto. Place in baking dish and then cover
prosciutto with more pesto for a nice covering.
Bake in a hot (400F) for approximately 30 minutes
or until done.
