     Salad - Nearly Perfect Potato Salad

Ingredients
6 medium boiled & peeled potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup chopped sweet pickle
1 c mayonnaise + 1/4 c Miracle Whip
2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. yellow mustard
salt to taste
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
 
Instructions
Combine potatoes, onion & sweet pickle. Mix mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, sugar, vinegar, mustard & salt. Pour over potatoes & mix well. Add chopped eggs, mix & chill.
