     Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat floud
1-1.75 cup flour
Fleischmann's Pizza Crust Yeast or RapidRise Yeast
1.5 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup very warm water
3 tablespoons oil
 

Instructions
Preheat Oven 425. Combine whole wheat flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt. Add warm water and oil. Mix until blended, about 1 minute. Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough which forms a ball and is slightly sticky. Knead on founder surface until smooth, elastic - about 4 minutes. (If not using Pizza yeast, cover dough and rest for 10 minutes)
Roll Dough, place in greased pizza pan, form rim.
Serving Suggestions
1 pizza. Double for 2
