Lightly spray a spring form pan. Mix cookie crumbs and 2 tbs
sugar in a small bowl. Mix in melted butter. Press Crumbs in the
bottom of pan. Place in freezer while finishing cake

Beat Cream Cheese and Remaining 1/2 C. Sugar beat with
mixer until smooth. Add vanilla Extract.

|
Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Add 1/3 into
cream cheese and beat to lighten. Add in remaining whipped
cream until smooth and combined.

|
Pour into springform pan and refrigerate 4 hours or over night.
