Grease a 9x13 pan. Layer rice on the bottom, pour combined soups + milk over the rice.
Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix. Seal tight with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs.
This will come out very moist. My boss made this at a dinner for all employees and it's very easy to make, looks impressive, and really does have a lot of flavor.
