Preheat oven, 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients (except 1/2 c BBQ) and mix well.
Line bottom of broiler pan with foil, spray top rack with
olive oil.
Form meat mixture into loaf shape and place in the center
of the top rack of pan.
Spoon 1/2 c BBQ sauce over top of loaf, spreading evenly
to cover completely.
Bake 1 hour.
