3/4 cup (6 fl oz) plain yogurt (Greek yogurt is best)
1/2 cup (4 fl oz) sour cream (optional)
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Grate cucumber, place in strainer, sprinkle with a little salt
and let the juices drip out. Drain about 20 minutes. Rinse well and then roll it
in a clean dish towel and squeeze the juice out.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients, add the cucumber,
adjust seasoning to desired taste.
Refrigerate.
Serving
Suggestions
As a dip or spread on sandwiches.
