Ingredients
165g Meal
1/2 Teaspoonful Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoonful Turmeric
200ml White Beer
1.3kg Potatoes
700g Fish fillets
2 Liters Vegetable Oil
2 Lemons
Sea salt
 
Ground Pepper
English Vinegar

Instructions
seab 125g of meal with sea sal, turmenic and baking powder into a boil. Make a hole into the dimension and stir it with withebeer to a pastry. Cover the boil with a alominium foil and do it for one hour in your freezer.
While the pastry cool down in the freezer, you rasple the potatoes in 1.5cm big pieces. Deep-fry your chips in a oil temperature of 190 degrees.
Dry the fish and season him with salt and pepper. Hold your chips in the oven by 50 degrees warm.
Put your fish out of the freezer and meal the fish. Drunk the fish in the pastry and deep-fry it by the same temperature as your frites for four minutes. At the end the fish must have the colour goldbrown. Dry it with kitchenpaper.
Serving Suggestions
Serve it with vinegar and lemon-slices.
