Ingredients
box shape (25x11cm)
some fat
some wheat flour
sponge-
100 g milk chocolate
200 g soft margarine or butter
150 g sugar
1 pck. vanilla sugar
1 pr. salt
 
3 eggs (size M)
150 g wheat flour
2 TS backin
1 TS cocoa
Place about 2 tablespoons milk
50 g ground almonds
cast-
100 g milk chocolate
1 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions
1. Preparing- For the dough chocolate die finely chop. Box shape fats and flours. Preheat oven. Top / Bottom heat- about 180 C Hot air- about 160 C
2. Mix butter or margarine in a bowl of a blender. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt under the ground. After that comes cocoa and backin and milk on the ground. Finally, add pure allemonds and chocolate chips. 1cm deep cut after about 15 min. baking time the cake with sharp knife lengthwise in the center is about. Inset- lower third Cooking time- about 65 min. Overthrow cake only after 10 min. from the form lots, to a wire rack and allow to cool.
3. Cast- Chocolate chop, melt with the oil in a double boiler over low heat, leave to cool and cover the cake with it. Can be cast.
