Cook pasta as directed on box. While pasta is cooking, chop cucumber, tomatoes, and onion. Put all of this in large bowl with cheese.

Once pasta is cooked, drain and run under COLD water until pasta is cold. Shake excess water out. Add pasta to veggies and cheese in bowl.

Add a few spoonfulls of mayo and mix. Add more mayo until it is the consistancy you want. Remember, you can always add more, it's hard to get the mayo out once you have put it in!

|
Add salt and pepper. Chill pasta salad. This keeps well for a few days and is a great lunch or side for picnics or bar-b-ques!
