CROCKPOT GARLIC HONEY CHICKEN

Ingredients

	1.5-2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
	3 minced garlic cloves
	1/3 cup soy sauce
	2/3 cup ketchup
	1/4 cup honey (double for extra sauce)


Instructions


Add all ingredients to freezer bag Thaw overnight Add to crockpot High 3-4 hours or Low 5-6 hours Serve with mashed potatoes , veggies or rice
