Soak beans as directed on the package drain. In a large
deep pot bring beans and chicken broth to boil. Reduce heat
and simmer covered one and a half to two hours. Put oil In a
large skillet & sauté onions carrots and celery for 3 to 5
minutes until crisp-tender. Add sautéed vegetables and the
remaining ingredients except the lemon juice to the beings and
stir well. Simmer covered and additional hour just before
serving stir in the lemon juice.
