Ingredients
4 flounder, sole, or orange roughy
1 TBSP. thyme
8 tsp. fresh chives or green onion tops
12 very thin lime slices
1 (1-lb.)pkg. frozen mixed vegetables THAWED
2 tsp. margarine or butter
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400. Dry fillets with paper towels. Place each fillet in center of 18 X 12 foil. Sprinkle each with thyme and chives; top with lime slices.
Spoon vegetables next to each fillet. Top with 1/2 tsp. margarine. Bring foil up over fish and veggies, seal securely with double fold seals on top and sides to form packets. Place on cookie sheets.
Bake 400 for 15-20 minutes. Fish should flake and veggies tender.
