Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Use dough hooks on stand mixer. Mix until
dough is like a paste for fine texture. Put
into loaf pan and press down to make a solid
loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove loaf pan from oven and flip the loaf
upside down onto a cookie sheet (with sides) to
continue baking. Bake for another 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool for about 15 minutes
before slicing thin.
Serve on pita bread with tzatziki sauce, lettuce,
tomatoes and onions.
