     Mushroom spinach crockpot stroganoff

Ingredients
1 Tbs butter
8 oz white mushrooms quartered
16 oz baby portobello mushrooms quartered
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup broth
8 oz sour cream
2 Tbs ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 
1/2 tsp pepper
8 oz cream cheese
2.5 oz (about 4 cups) baby spinach

Instructions
Place butter, mushrooms, onions and garlic in crockpot. Mix together broth, sour cream, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over mushrooms. Cook on low 7 - 8 hours. Add spinach and cream cheese and stir. Cook for another 30 min. or until heated through and spinach is wilted. Serve over noodles.
