36 HOT PEPPERS, WASHED AND SEEDED. BLEND IN A FOOD CHOPPER.
IN A 5 QUART POT, MIX:
1 QUART MUSTARD
1 QUART WHITE VINEGAR
1 TBSP SALT
6 CUPS SUGAR
ADD CHOPPED PEPERS AND BRING TO A BOIL. HAVE A CUP OF COLD WATER AND 1 CUP OF FLOUR MIXED AND READY TO STIR IN AFTER IT COMES TO A BOIL. STIR WELL SO IT WON'T STICK. IT WILL THICKEN A LITTLE, THEN CAN IN HOT JARS AND SEAL.
