Ingredients
Deli Meat of choice - 3 oz.
Meat I usually choose is peppered turkey - my fav!
Reduced Fat Cheese slice
 

Instructions
Lay out your deli meat and lay cheese on top and roll up! OR eat on Wasa cracker breads for an added crunch. I get the Wasa crackers that are 70 calories for 3 plank crackers.
Serving Suggestions
If you snack without crackers, generally 160 calories and 25 proteins but always looks up these nutrition facts for the meat and cheese you buy.
