Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in heavy
saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir regularly. Boil 6
minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows,
chocolate chips, Hershey's bar and vanilla.
Stir until chips and marshmallows are melted
and blended. Add chopped nuts if desired. Pour
into a greased 9x13 pan.
