     Salmon Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients
salmon - 4 fillets
garlic cloves - 2 (depending on size) finely chopped
ginger - 1 chunk finely chopped
chili - 2 small finely chopped
Zest of two orange plus juice
soy sauce - 10 Tbl dark
maple syrup - 4 Tbl
Sesame Oil
 
Egg noodles

Instructions
Heat oil in medium pan and fry the ginger, garlic and chili (chop garlic, ginger & chili in small food processor for ease of chopping) Add zest and juice of two oranges, soy sauce and maple syrup. Reduce At the same time, pan fry salmon in another pan. 2 min per side (total of 8 min) Then transfer the salmon to the pan with the sauce and cook another min on each side (3-4 min total)
Cook egg noodles and place salmon and sauce over the noodles
