     Fluffy Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef or veal
1/2 lb ground lean pork
3 med slices soft white bread torn into pieces
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup minced onion
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
 
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce

Instructions
Mix ingredients thoroughly. For better browning, shape into loaf on shallow baking pan. Bake until done. Serve hot or cold.
Temperature - 350 degrees (moderate oven); Time - Bake 1 1/2hours; Amount - 8 servings
For a Beef Loaf - Use 1 1/2 lb ground beef for the meat in Fluffy Meat Loaf (see above). In place of mustard and sage, use 1 tbsp each of horse radish and catsup.
