In a skillet cook Beef, Onions, Peppers and Garlic
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F
Remove from Heat
Stir in Taco Seasoning and Cumin mix well
Place mix into Flour Tortillas
Place Tortillas in a Glass Cassorole Dish and cover with Cheese and the can of Tomato Basil Soup
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 mins
