Cook spaghetti as directed in salted water. Heat a deep
skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil and bacon.
Brown and crisp bacon, about 5 minutes, drain with slotted
spoon. Drain excessive fat off pan leaving just enough to
coat pan. Add beef and crumble it as it is browns 3-4
minutes. Add onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper.
Add hot sauce , worcestershire, beer, and deglaze pan. cook
5-6 minutes more, and then stir in tomatoes and sauce.
Add hot spaghetti in meat sauce and combine. Adjust
seasonings serve in shallow bowls with grated cheese over
the top. Garnish with scallions and bacon.
