|
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
|

|
2. Slice spaghetti squash in half. Discard seeds. Place flesh side down in a baking pan with 1 inch of water. Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until soft.
|
|
|
3. Remove from oven and use fork to string spaghetti squash. It should turn into small noodles, like spaghetti.
|
|
|
4. Top with marinara sauce, meatballs cooked according to package instructions, and parmesan cheese.
