Ingredients
1 small head of red cabbage thinly sliced
1 t salt
1 package blue cheese 8 oz
1 bottle red wine vinaigrette dressing 16 oz
1 lb bacon fried crisp and crumbled
 

Instructions
blanch sliced cabbage in large pot of boiling water and salt. cool blanched cabbage immersing in a bowl of ice water, then throughly drain. Toss cabbage with blue cheese and vinaigrette. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, just before serving add bacon and toss
