Ingredients
2 cups Andhvo mix
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup oil
11/2 tsp ajmo
1 cup plain yogurt and lemon juice to taste
1 tsp haldi
21/2 tsp salt or to taste
2 - 21/2 ts p sugar or to taste
3 tsps ginger garlic chilling paste
 
1/2 cabbage grated or dudhi (small)
1 onion grated
1/2 - 1 tsp baking powder
VAGAR
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp methi and 1 tsp mustard seeds
Sesame seeds
Curry patta

Instructions
1. Mix the Andhvo mix, wheat flour and oil and mix well 2. Add all the ingredients except cabbage or dudhi, onion and baking soda or powder. 3. Leave the mixture over night at room temperature. 4. When ready to make it add the cabbage or dudhi, onion and baking powder or soda. VAGAR 1. Put the oil on stove. When hot put hing,methi and mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds pop add curry patta and sesame seeds. Pour over the Andhvo mixture and pour Into greased baking dish and bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes. Check by putting knife tip in. If comes out clear It is done. If want it crispier put under the broiler and keep an eye on it over
