     Mom's Chicken Soup

Ingredients
4-14 1/2 oz cans Swanson chicken broth
1 1/2 c. water
2 heaping t chicken bouillon (I use Knorr)
8-16 oz frozen carrots (depending on what u like)
1/2 c. frozen peas
6 stalks celery chopped
1/3 c. dried parsley
2 T. dried onion
 
1-2 c. cooked chopped chicken (use what you like for soup or stew like)
Spaghetti Noodles (I grab 1" diameter)-cooked
2 extra cans of chicken broth to thin if desired (useful w leftovers)

Instructions
Bring liquid ingredients and boullion to a boil. Add vegetables and parsley. Boil 10 min. to cook veges. Add chicken and boil 15 more min. to mix flavors. When ready to serve add noodles.
Freezing Tip: Freeze before adding extra chicken broth to thin. Freeze before adding noodles. (Ok to freeze w/ noodles in it, but they are a little mushy when defrosted).
Enjoy w/ hot French bread and salad!
