     Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients
3-4 large skinless & boneless chicken breasts
1 12 oz. bottle Frank's Red Hot Sauce or like
1 Envelope Hidden Valley Rancy dressing mix packet
 

Instructions
Lay chicken breasts in the bottom of crockpot sprayed lightly with Pam.
Mix red hot sauce with ranch dressing mix packet. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred chicken and serve. There are many things you can do with this chicken...on a salad, on flat out (or other low carb/calorie/whole grain starch) as a sandwich, lavosh topping, chicken taco etc. Many options!
What can be done to reduce sodium is use half of the Frank's sauce and add 1 cup water instead. Great protein meal.
