In large pot over medium heat, melt butter and add corn, carrot
and onion. Sauté until carrot is soft. Sprinkle flour over to coat
all vegetables.
Pour in 1/2 cup of milk and stir until it is all mixed in and
forming a thick paste. Add another half cup and repeat.
Continue stirring. Toss in mustard and cheese. Add tuna and
break up chunks. Add salt and pepper.
Stir in pasta and place in baking dish. Too with breadcrumbs
and cheese. Bake for 25 mins or until golden. Serve sprinkled
with parmesan.
