Ingredients
1 LB. PORK SAUSAGE
3 TB BUTTER
3 COOKING APPLES
1/2 C. BROWN SUGAR
1 TB. CINNAMON
 

Instructions
FORM SAUSAGE INTO PATTIES. LIGHTLY FRY UNTIL JUST BROWNED. REMOVE FROM PAN, POUR OUT THE FAT. OVER LOW HEAT, MELT BUTTER TO COVER PAN BOTTOM. CORE APPLES, SLICE ABOUT 1/4 THICK, PLACE IN PAN. UNTIL SLIGHTLY SOFTENED. ADD BROWN SUGAR & CINNAMON. AS SOON AS YOU HAVE A THICK SYRUP, RETURN SAUSAGE TO PAN & COOK ANOTHER 10 MIN.
