Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine marmalade, soy sauce, garlic, salt and
pepper in a small bowl.
arrange salmon fillets, skin side down on a foil-
lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Brush fillets evenly with 1/2 the marmalade
mixture. Bake fillets at 450 degrees for 4
minutes.Heat broiler to high-( do not remove fish
from oven). Broil fish for 6 minutes. Spoon
remaining marinade on center of fillets. Broil
for an additional 3 minutes or until desired
doneness. Sprinkle fish evenly with green onions.
Serve with lemon wedges.
I would save a little of the marmalade mixture to
spoon on at the table.
