     20/20 Coconut Almond Crumble

1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup almond flour
4 tbsp. coconut flakes (unsweetened)
1 cup fruit (peaches, berries, apples or pears work well)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or flax milk

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix almond flour and bran together until combined
Layer mixture with fruit and 2 tbsp. coconut in 4 ramekins or 4 small oven-safe bowls. Top with remaining coconut
Bake for 30 minutes or until coconut is browned and enjoy!
Optional- mix cinnamon, nutmeg or other warm spices for a great fall treat!
